Privacy Policy

What we collect

Email address, the project you subscribed to, and your language. If using Google sign-in, basic profile info (email, name, profile picture) is included. Collected only when you submit the alert form or sign in.

Purpose

To send license change alerts you asked for.

Retention

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. We then delete it without delay, unless a law requires us to keep it.

How we delete data

When the retention period ends or you ask for deletion, we delete electronic records in a way that cannot be restored.

Processor

Authentication: Google LLC (Google Identity Services). Subscriber data storage: FlexAPI, the shared backend that runs this site's sign-in and data. Email delivery: we will name the sending service here before the first alert is sent.

Transfer outside Korea

When you sign in with Google, your email, name and profile picture are sent to Google LLC (United States) over an encrypted connection at sign-in, for authentication. Google keeps them under its own policy. If you do not want this, do not use Google sign-in; Google quick sign-up is then unavailable.

Cookies and browser storage

We keep a sign-in token and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner. You can delete all of these in your browser settings at any time.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 measures site traffic only when you accept cookies in the banner. IP addresses are anonymized.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, and subscriber data can only be read with an authenticated request.

Children

This service is not intended for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your data at any time.To delete your data, email kdevwork2025@gmail.com.
