Grafana moved from Apache-2.0 to AGPL-3.0-only starting with 8.0.0, announced on 2021-04-20. Releases before 8.0.0, including 7.5.5, remain under Apache-2.0.

From 8.0.0
Grafana Labs relicensed Grafana from Apache-2.0 to AGPL-3.0-only. Grafana 7.5.5 is still Apache-2.0; 8.0.0 is the first AGPL-3.0-only release. Plugins, agents and some libraries stayed under Apache-2.0.
